GOD'S PLAN FOR SALVATION |
God's Plan For Salvation
God desires to be in total fellowship with man. The Word of God shows us how this can be achieved.
Man is separated from and dead to God because of sin.
(Romans 3:10) 10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: (Romans 3:23) 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; God made a way so that sinful man could approach a holy God through the cleansing blood of Jesus Christ.
(John 3:16) "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. (1John 5:11-12) 11 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.12 He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. Repent: Turn from sin and turn to God.
(Romans 10:9-10, 13) 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
You become a part of the family of God with all the rights and privileges of sons and daughters.
(John 1:12) 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: God has done His part, He has provided the way for you to receive His forgiveness/freedom from the bondage of Sin by accepting His Son Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Now it’s time for you to make a personal decision in either accepting God's plan for your life or rejecting His plan for your life in substitution of your own plan/will. Always remember: (Romans 6:23) For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (2Chronicles 7:14) If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. |
